Cant pick up Workbenches

So i've been trying to pick up my workbench lately, but it dosent work. I know the binds and ive tried to both hold and just click alt + e but still dosen't work. I've uninstalled all my addons and only installed the monolith ones, unbinded everything, restarted gmod, and restarted my computer but i can still not pick up my workbench and i do not know what to do

It happens to me a lot in-game. I just !report it and then the SA+ comes and respawns it.
