Request Reason: I was pulling out of PD, I looked both ways and seen nobody coming so I pulled out. The captain was speeding and crashed right into me, he then pulled me over and demoted me right on the spot without issuing any strikes. Right after he did this he disconnected.

Hello,

After further review, @Prog shouldn't have demoted you at all, he had no reason to as it was his own fault from this situation, nevertheless, he should have enforced the 2 strike dismissal, since none of this was enforced, this situation was mishandled entirely.
