Car Blacklist (3 days =) Appeal by Josh Welks

Ok so i was in my car and i was playing a bumper cars battle with a guy in a taxi , then a staff member pulls me up to a building and not the guy in the taxi and then he blacklists me , then the guy in the taxi starts ramming into other cars too , he started to bump into me then said "come on then" yet i got a blacklist and he did not.
