Let's start of by saying that during the sit you stated to me that everyone you ran over was in your way and that you were beeping at them, at this time you didn't know that I had already reviewed video evidence that had been sent to me, the video shows me that you purposely swerved into the way of all the police and citizens and that you were not beeping.

if you had just told the truth then the punishment could have been less severe. As I always honour transparency.

Unfortunately, at this time, I will be denying your appeal due to the fact i don't believe you have learned a lesson as of yet.
