Request Reason: Failure to value hostage life, not attempting to negotiate and asking to buy illegal weapons instead and asking for money to arrest the hostage instead. Fail RP.
He was legit asking how much AUG's were from one of our boys and legit showed no effort to even negotiate for the hostage. I think we should be allowed to get our stuff refunded if this gets accepted you feel. Also this guy needs to learn how to properly RP a hostage situation.

I would like to give my input and say that I believe this person is in my opinion is breaking the following rules.

The chief made no real progress and did not take the situation seriously, we did nothing prior to him arriving for him to have a reason to call off negotiations. We however realized the chief gave no clear care for the hostage and shot the hostage due to our demands being broken heavily.

There where no SA's on at the time, and he was asking to buy AUG's and how much they would cost to get one, as well as asking to purchase the hostage and then arrest him for 5 dollars. He was violating Fail RP rules as well.

Moving forward with this situation, if the chief was just trying to buy time for the police to arrive and make up lies and false promises he is allowed to do so since that can follow a role-play situation. However, without the other side of the story, I see 0 effort by the police force to actually meet any appropriate demands and follow through with the role-play situation making jokes, etc. With that being said and your demands not being met you killing, the hostage is your own reasoning.

I will accept this player report and your request for a refund (pending SA+ approval), however, I can only account for what was on your person at the time along with the 2 drills used on the safe. No cash money will be a reward as we do not know the amount of money you would or would not have collected. Please make a refund request for those items in which you have proof for and attach a link to this play report.
