What happened: Me and my friends, (Jerri Ferris and Quinn Valentino) went out to raid some people in a Cabin in Layer 2. It went well, but some implications caused to take some time, like the people we were raiding locking the doors, and stopping us from going in after we lock picked it. Either way we won the loot and were about to leave, but as soon as we got in our truck and were about to drive off, these people in a green Shelbi Omni pulled up and told us to get out of the car, and put our hands up, Except the event only took about half of a second, before they shot and killed us. After the situation we talked to one of the people and they said that it was a mugging. It wasn't though because they didn't give us any time to react. We already spoke to multiple staff members, and they all approve of this. @heyitskev can confirm

This is a very long and complex situation, which is why I will be using the same response on each of the refund requests. Here is what happened to the best of my understanding:

Rhodesia & Friends raided a group of people that huncho/ Jamal were directly associated with. This raid would have been voided based upon the fact that the owners appeared to be locking doors mid raid, but this fact was not brought up until after the conclusion of the set.

A decent time afterwards Huncho/Jamal and Geretude/Bestfreind stopped Rhodesia & Friends asked them to step out of the vehicle and shot them roughly 0.5 seconds later. Bestfriend claimed it was a mugging while Huncho claimed that they had kos based on the fact that Rhodesia & Friends raided him earlier.

Bestfriend had no association with Huncho as far as being in the same org, freq, or otherwise and was warned for RDM. However, Huncho had a valid reason to kill Rhodesia & Friends based on the raid from earlier. The situation was voided as Bestfriend had no business being there. I allowed Huncho to keep the items he grabbed off of Rhodesia & Friends because he had a valid reason to kill them based on the raid from earlier, but I believe that there is a significant possibility that Rhodesia & Friends would not have died if it wasn't for the presence of Bestfreind/Geretude However, if another staff member feels this is unjust, I completely understand.

With this being said, I believe that the best course of action would be to refund this players items. I can confirm that they lost all items listed above.
