Basically I believe i was banned for robbing these guys i was told not to interact with as i was "bullying them" even though they threaten me a lot. But i do understand how i could be "bullying them". I left them alone for around 3 hours and them i came across them by robbing them. The reason i robbed them was they hit my gang members car and mine as well so i was pulling them over to ask them a few questions with my gun. They didn't comply with my demands and i shot them and it was as simple as stop talking and stop moving and drop your money. One i believe ran as gunpoint not valuing his life. And i didn't know there names as it has been hours and just about everyone sounds five.

If anything just a reduced sentence 3 weeks is kinda harsh

We've talked to you about this, several times. You were mugging and targeting this one player for a long time, however in a pm, you claimed to have a bad memory and not be good with names. I know you're not that stupid. I also know that before this ban, you were literally just unbanned.
You need to take a bit of a break from Monolith. Three weeks is not that long in the grand scheme of things. This ban will stay as is, and your appeal has been DECLINED.
