Evidence to support your claim:

(He kills me for not knowing the name of the staff member that told me you were allowed to jump off the cliff like a month ago. He also picks up my weapon.) Would you allow a normal player to execute someone and then pick up their weapon during a sit ? If this is allowed I don't really understand why he should be able to execute me in a sit for "lying" He could of just issued the punishment instead of blowing me away with a M3 Super 90.

I am Johnny Peters , and he also says during the sit things along the lines of "Luxury is minges that let anybody in their org" and and also says " If it were up to me I would ban all three of you for even being in the car" I dont see how it is justified first of all that he wanted to ban three people for one driving off the cliff. Two for fragging him during a sit. He literally counts down from ten and then executes him. I dont see how in any way this is reasonable for a staff member to do any of this.

1. Neither me nor Hazza said Luxury is minges. We said a lot of people in your org break rules a lot that they know not to break from being on the server for a long time and a lot of the minges on the server happen to be in Luxury since you guys recruit new players and don't warn them about breaking common rules.
2. We told @k y l e to tell us which Admin he claims told him it was ok to drive off the cliff for no reason he did not. The shotgun was a bit much but he was not answering any questions we asked and was lying the whole time. In the heat of the moment, it was just easier to knock him out than tell him to stop talking over us or telling something not related to answering the question.
3. I said if it were up to me I would have banned the three of you for driving off the cliff but that was just my opinion since you guys had two very experienced players in the car that should have stopped the driver from driving off the cliff.

Ok , but even if we did tell him to not drive off the cliff , he wouldn't have listened. He was not lying , He has played on the server for a while , under serveral different steam names and he recently just took a break. And U did say something about a lot of people in luxury are minges. @papa1456 can probably give video evidence. Also in the 10 seconds you counted down , he was not talking over you at all. @Justin The Ungrateful does warn everyone in our organazation about breaking rules. He says that the first rule you break you will be warned and the second you will be removed from the org . No second chances , and any luxury member can confirm this.

I just said I never said Luxury is minges and yes I said as you can see above, a lot of players who fall under the definition of being minges are in Luxury but that had nothing to do with the sit for kyle. That was after when we were checking if tom was the real driver and you were complaining saying that we said Luxury is minges when that was not said until you brought it up.

Gag does not work so, in the heat of the moment when I was done with his lying and needed him to stop talking, that was the option that I decided to do. It was taking it a bit too far.
On the note of the gun, I think I did pick up a Makarov I saw, remind me to give it to one of you later tonight.

Ok I looked at the video again he was talking , but you might as well have also killed Hary Snow because he was screaming through his mic at Kyle. But I do agree the luxury minge thing is irrelevant to what the staff report is truly about. In no world is it sensible , certainly being an admin , to jus blatantly frag him during the sit and on top of that not even give the gun back.

This will be reviewed. I will leave this open for further evidence, but please refrain from discussing the Makarov situation further since that particular discussion is clearly not going anywhere.
