RDM, LTARP, Not listening to staff 3rd offense
Unban Reason:
So I was wanting to mug someone and I saw this one dude walking down the street. I waited until he went into the parking garage and I tried to mug him. I pulled out my pistol and shouted, "Out of the car and hands up!" He sped off. Then I got my car and pulled out and saw him pull into the gas station. He then went to his premium locker and I ran up and shouted, "Hands!" He didn't respond so I shot him to death. Then like 30 minutes later I get pulled to a sit and the admin asked why I mugged him. I tried to ask about the situation cause I had mugged a few people that day. The admin then says, "This is your 3rd offense so I am going to give you a 3 day ban." I ask why and just tell him to chill out man. Then the guy I mugged asked for his stuff back and I said, "Can I just give him his stuff back?" He returned me and started dragging me across the map to the bank. Then he said, "You're gonna give him his stuff back and I'm gonna hand down the ban." Me, at this point pretty annoyed, said, "If you're still gonna ban me I'm not gonna give you the stuff." He said, "C'mon just give me the stuff, don't make this harder than it has to be." I, very angry at this point, said, "No." He then banned me for 3 weeks instead of the 1 week he said. He didn't even give me a chance to give my side of the story before deciding to ban me. I do admit that now that I've cooled off I should've just given him the stuff but I think 3 weeks is way too much given how the situation was handled. I have just gotten into the server and I really want to play on it, if I didn't then I wouldn't make this long ass appeal. On the 3rd offense thing, the only time I've gotten in trouble for this was on my first day when I mugged someone in the bank. I didn't know at the time that that was bad, but I gave the guy his stuff back and received a verbal warning. I just really want at least a reduction so I can get back to the server.
(P.S.) I remembered that I did get banned for like 1 hour for logging off while dying. I wasn't LTARP'ing or anything I just died in a car accident and logged off cause I got mad at the server. This was the only time I've been banned on the server other than this.
(P.S.S.) He also said that he was going to wipe my inventory and bank so if this gets accepted I would appreciate it if that got refunded or something.

Yes, I have read the rulebook to see if I did break ANY rules during this and the only thing I could find was when I refused to listen to the admin.
