Evidence to support your claim: I'll just copy and paste what I previously wrote in my ban appeal, I'm making this because I think my ban appeal was treated incorrectly and I'd like to hear from a higher ranking staff member.
The whole situation occurred due to a miss understanding. Keep in mind I'm new to this server; I went to heal a group police officers as they were trying to prevent the bank from being robbed, I didn't know that was against the rules at that point in time I went in there and all of a sudden a load of young police officers started to scream at me I called them young kids and got kicked for combat healing and disrespect I could care less about the kick as seeing I did combat heal but like I said previously I didn't know that was against the rules at the time I take complete responsability for that but the ban is completely unndeed just because I called them young? That's completely unacceptable.
