Cocoa Refund game freeze

What happened:
Tonight I was farming Cocoa at the farm. Police raided us and I got arrested, but had nothing illegal on me and my plants were 100% I fully complied with them thats also why I could not farm them at 100%. Tuko said I could farm them later if everything clears out. I was dragged away and with then my game just freezed (I was playing for 7 hours straight.) and crashed later with the cocoa plants still at 100%. Then I tried joining again, it took me over one hour and my laptop almost exploded. I tried to do my best to recover it with admins and mods but no one wanted to listen to my story. I really feel sad for this situation because I tried really hard to explain my story at 2:30 AM when I have to wake up at 4 hours.

I hope my story will be heard and I will get my 11 cocoa back.

I really have a lot of respect for the staff who puts their time and effort in these things and this is my last word I will say about this. But if this gets denied I would like to know why and I will not take simply 'DENIED' as an anwser. <
