Request Reason: The guy shot me at l2, so I went down and found him at casino. I then killed him, however he had depoed everything he had despite shooting me 3 minutes or less ago. He also logged immediately after, so when I made a report in game I had to make a player report.
When did the situation occur?: 8/22/2021
