I see from your POV that you were able to fire a shot or two however from my POV you had not fired a shot when I had tazed you.

In this instance, it is not considered combat tasing and the situation will not be voided - From Backflare's perspective, you were about to point the gun at him and shoot him, but he managed to tase you before you were able to do so. I understand this looks different from your perspective, but no rules were broken here, due to what I mentioned, since the situation happened really fast.
