Date and time of loss: 24/12/18 - 29/12/18 (some where between these dates due to me not being active)
What happened: logged off on the 24th of december and when i came back on after a couple of days my character had been rolled back months (had not lost any important levels hence why i did not include them in this refund request). However i did not lose any items i had on the 24th which is quite confusing.
