Constant OOC harassment and character breaking-
Asking if I want more alt accounts in my org, constantly harassing me about someone who was in my org as a junior member who was an alt I didn't know about. Taking personal stabs at me in RP about said situation constantly. Harassing @kman edgy well beyond RP limits attacking him personally in iMsgs. Instead of RP'ing correctly harassing me about OOC events that took place.

Targeting me and Kman with his personal harassments, as well as admitting he wanted to shoot me in RP just because he has it out for me.
When did the situation occur?: Over the past month as well as today at around 10 AM EST

This is from 11-26-2020 below
Harassing me after he died in a raid I did on him at Oceanview for his cocaine, breaking NLR. He was killed for breaking fear Rp, then respawned and iMsg'd me this and then took it to OOC.
Then after the iMsg took a stab at me in OOC, not even 30 seconds later
