Additional members involved/witnessing: Bravo-01 ? + entire police force that night
Read, understood and followed player report rules?: Yes
Cop baiting: They turned a traffic stop into a pursuit, and eventually a shootout, for no reason. This group of people were cop baiting for the rest of the night as well, including an incident where they drove through me, damaging me, and when I shot their car a couple times before running inside a building to participate in a police raid, they got all of their buddies to come and shoot down the entire police force which had gathered there to do a raid on an apartment that they had no connection to. Just that night, they wiped the entire police force 3 times.
Even if they had their guns equipped when the Lieutenant tried to pull them over, I don't see any reason for them to be equipped and now you can unequip while in the car.
Cheating: They double-headshot me from quite a distance on their first shots, and while using full-auto.
Metagaming: They don't speak in-game at all during this whole incident, yet they're fairly coordinated.
