Request Reason: Cop Baiting - Shortly after I had processed Huggable Henry into prison and as he had served his full sentence, he then started to ram into our LEO Vehicles outside Monoford Police Department. I insisted to make a player report to staff at the time, but there was no admins on at that present moment. This was clearly cop baiting because he had deliberately ramed into our parked vehicles twice to gain our attention to chase him. I decided not to chase him because I knew that was a rule break on his part.
The first part of the video gives context of the motive to why he would had wanted to cop bait me. He might had wanted to do this out of revenege, but you can cleary see that this was him driving his vehicle as he is also seen raming our LEO vehicles in the video.
