Cop false shooting me refund request

What happened:so my friend shot a cop, then the cop got revived he thought it was me and then he shot me when I had no class 3 equipped but had it in my inventory

What do you need refunded:a mp5 and a kev
Evidence:kyle can agree with it, I cannot @ him for some reason
