Request Reason: RDM. There was a 5 o clock raid and i went there just to watch it, after i got there there was that cop pointing a gun at that other civilian. He asks if i live there or if i was a detective, when i pull my ID card he shoot me down.

There was a large raid going on at, 5 o clock, always during those kinds of raids the civilians will post people on the outside to monitor police movement, numbers, weapons, pushes, tactics, etc, which you can hear the raid by a large number of gunshots in the background, I was 34 hp, and not looking to die as PD was going through the budget and I was on my last raid life, while eating to heal and I had heard the guy in the hoodie behind him talking on a radio, the guy in the fnf shows up, says nothing and just walks up to me, and then proceeds to pull out a five-seven, as I feared i was about to be shot, I took the first action.

After Reviewing the footage from both sides I have come to the following conclusion:
Player @Evilassassin Did not RDM player @JucaMais as it can be clearly seen in the footage of @Evilassassin that a weapon was pulled out infront of him.

Therfor within his rights to defend himself and those around him he is allowed to take actions to secure his life and of those around him by taken action first.
In this case by killing the person before he has the abillity to use his weapon.
