Request Reason: Code red for no reason. In at no moment i hit him nor i endangered his life. If you pay atention to the timestamps 0:21 - 0:24 on video, the first move i make with the vehicle is to turn right in order to avoid hiting the officer and it was successfull, if i wanted to harm him i could just have moved the car away in a straight line but carefully i moves it away the cop and notice that he even walks towards the car hood direction, and im saying all this in case the guy comes here and try to make up that i was somehow posing as a threat to him which is not true, the video shows it.

Hello @JucaMais,

After careful review of this player report, I have concluded that it was FailRP and RDM. As you rightly pointed out, you "turn right in order to avoid hiting the officer and it was successfull,", which is true from your video evidence. You were not an imminent threat to yourself or to others, therefore, the code red is invalid.

[5.2.1.1] Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense.
[5.2.1.2] Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger or all other attempts to stop the suspect had failed. You must be able to justify your actions if asked by a member of staff.
