Request Reason:
1. Wheelz and BigBoom for False Code Red, FTVL, Powergaming. however Big Boom seemed that he just followed Wheelz rulebreak actions, not being him who started the rulebreak.
I was driving arround Sunset Isl, when BigBoom pulled me over for a traffic stop which i complied at first thinking that the officer would just request my ID but soon they pulled out guns ordering me to leave my vehicle and Wheelz. I was'nt being wanted nor i have'nt commited any crimes before that could have been noticed by that cops, that was my first encounter to them.
2. As soon as i answered "No" to their others and Wheelz realized that i was about to flee, he puts himself at the wheels of my jeep just to get hit and bait code red on me. Notice how he blatantly runs to the side of my car after i said "No" and accelerated my car. At the start of the traffic stop situation Wheelz repeatedly said that he was going to shoot me, even tho it was just a traffic stop and he had'nt any reason to shoot me at all. "We'll shoot, i'll shoot you, i killed so many people today, i'll shoot"
3. Big Boom asks why I was code red then Wheelz answer at first that it was because i hit him and because i didnt get out my car. That proves that they did'nt have any reason prior yo shoot me and in at any moment at all, as well as the main reason he claims that he had to shoot me was invalid, he was only hit cuz he had put himself in between my vehicle's tires, AND HE DID IT IN PURPOSE because he knew that otherwise he wouldnt be able to shoot me, the way he reacts right after i said "No" showing that i was about to flee just reinforces it.
Wheelz had no intent to do a proper RP as a COP, he was just hungry for kills, just like he says "I killed so many people today". He baited a code red on me by throwing himself on my vehicle which constitutes FTVL and Powergaming as he forced a situation on me that i could'nt have escaped off. The worse thing is that he served as a bad example to Big Boom who condoned to that situation even tho it was a rulebreak. This guy Wheelz is an experienced player, thus he knows how to play Cop properly and this is the most upset thing.
