Request Reason: Benson come up to me while I was just sitting in the side walk and tazed me without asking me to put my hands up. Also just arrested me for no reason and if he did have one he did not tell me and just wanted to arrest me as fast as possible very bad cop role play and overall bad experience.

Hello @Berry Gunderson,

After careful review of this player report, I have concluded that the following server rules were violated:

Law Enforcement Violation:

[5.2.7] Law Enforcement may not abuse the taser. You must have a valid reason to tase a player. You may deploy your taser during a gunfight or active shootout to take down criminals if they are not directly facing or shooting at you.

As seen from the video, @cute doge should had not tased you. You were not fleeing & eluding nor causing any issues in that area as seen from the video.

The Reported Player will be receiving 2 Warning Points for FailRP.
