Request reason: I was walking down the street when I got into the police captains car, he told me to get out and put my hands up. I didn't put my hands up and he pulled out handcuffs he said I was under fear rp but I started to run when he pulled handcuffs out. He then shot at me for attempted gta, I would also like to say that I wasn't code red.

I shot him because my gun was pointed at him right in his face while demanding he put his hands up. If his hands were up he wouldnt have been able to start running away while I was handcuffing him. My gun was pointed straight at him as soon as he got in the car so if he valued his life he would have gotten out and had his hands already up. Instead he starts running away. I catch up to him and he turns again to see me with my gun out and tries yet again to run away. At this point I determined that he didn't care about following the rules and valuing his life and had no intent to rp it out so I shot him.

I am pretty sure I was involved in a sit 3 days ago where the same situation happened and the staff ruled that it was acceptable to shoot because the suspect wasnt following rules and valuing their life.
