Request Reason: I was trying to pull over a tow truck for ramming me and speeding. Another car rammed me and began to mic spam and pulled behind the tow truck. I said he can go Im trying to talk to the tow truck and he got out with a rifle and shot me. I told him to go away, he killed me anyways. No reason to kill me and people like him just waste my time, now I have to respawn and buy new weapons and run back to my car. Its super annoying.

OK let me explain this,

So I pushed him outa the way because I thought he was only gunna pull over the tow truck but he pulled over me. Now the reason I killed him is because I had many illegal items on me such as a class 3 gun and stuff to make drugs. I never heard him say to go away and neither can I hear it in the clip. I'm 90% sure he said for us both to pull over.

Another thing I would like to address is that considered mic spamming when I just say Beep Beep like 3 times.

After reviewing the video provided by @Lt.Wilson I can see no valid reason to kill @Lt.Wilson. If the officer approached your vehicle and you had your weapon equipped I would understand that but the officer did not even interact with you. Killing should be a last resort and not the first thing you do.
