Request Reason: Previous to this encounter Dixie Santos had been carrying a class 3 in his tinted vehicle so that his friends can copbait and so that he can hop out and gun down any police. In this video it is shown that he intentionally hopped out of his vehicle at PD with a class 3 on his back then ran away hoping to get police to call him out. He then goes to hospital and gets out of his vehicle again with a class three.

If you are wanted why would you go to PD and bait an officer with the class 3, then drive away and get out again infront of an officer knowing he will be forced to approach you. You clearly wanted PD to chase you so that you and your friends can all gun them down. And if I'm not mistaken, I believe you were wanted because you were driving around with a class 3.

so are you assuming i knew you were there? and also at pd i was dropping off a friend to get off the job and i hadnt left my car until i got to hospital

In this report, you can hear an officer making the callout on him saying he jumped in and out, however, your video doesn't show that. At the hospital, he even takes the gun off his back not knowing your there, and doesn't shoot you till you ask him to put his hands up. In the case he was baiting the police it makes no sense for him to just stand there and put the gun away.

@Neko. please be a bit more careful when walking around in front of an officer with a class 3. I understand you have a warrant and don't want to get arrested but you ran in front of a uniformed officer with a gun on your back.
