Corruption/NITRP - Arrested us for not turning off a radio in our vehicle which is a completely unlawful arrest. He then added reckless driving to our sentences to make it seem more realistic, me and @Jack Frost were both arrested for 12 minutes, which is really bad because jack wasn't even driving he was just in the car with me. This cop has no intent to RP correctly. He just wanted to arrest us because we wouldn't turn off our radio.

If you are referencing the Red shelby omni, we were not reckless driving. The omni very clearly smashed into us not the other way around, nice try trying to lie about that I have video and will be uploading it shortly. The reason I cut videos so short is because it takes forever to render using sony vegas pro. You even witnessed it, so the notion that we were recklessly endangering anyone is completely false and even if we were reported, it is your job to investigate that further. You don't just pull someone out of a car and arrest them on sight because of 1 witness. I know you knew it wasn't us who hit your car, because otherwise you would have chased us right after it happened, but we were driving around patrolling for another good 5-9 minutes and even got into a shootout before you pulled us over.

You can clearly see in the video that you rammed the car that I was trying to pull over and I considered it as reckless driving, after that you refused to turn off your radio in the vehicle and ignored my request, I can speak to the driver if he doesn't turn his radio off. Even in real life, you would get arrested for that and the law is: Not obeying police officer. After I gave you too much warnings I decided to pull you and your friend out and arrest both of you as your friend kept volume the radio up everytime

I followed your every order, you asked me to pull over I did so. I was asked to step out of the car I did, if you didn't arrest me for not turning off a radio. Then why was I arrested? You can see very clearly from the video posted that it was an accident and a wreck. Reckless driving is intentional and done multiple times like the shelby omni that crashed into you and me at high speeds. I was driving the speed limit and I took my hand off my keyboard to grab some snacks off my desk and I accidently turned into a car. Your story is not adding up at all here, you keep changing the reason for arrest. Not turning off a radio does not warrant me a 12 minute arrest timer for fleeing and eluding.

I want to point out an ever better point though, if I was arrested for reckless driving and the radio stuff. Why was @Jack Frost arrested for the exact same thing as me????????? He wasn't even driving and he wasn't even doing anything the whole time, you literally jailed him just because you wanted to.

As I said and it's going to be my last response to this post! You were arrest for not obeying police orders when I clearly asked you to turn off the radio! and you were arrested for reckless driving that you did! This accident in RP can get a lot of trouble like VDM and more! it's your fault not mine

This still doesn't give you a reason for arresting Jack Frost who was 1. not driving and 2. not doing anything
My arrest was already extreme, but arresting jack took it to a whole new level of corrupt.

After further review i will be denying this player report.

The player in question arrested you for not listening to police orders and reckless driving which is fine, the only issue I saw with that is the time that was given.
Same thing with Jack Frost he was not listening to the orders and doing /me turns volume up. Although I disagree with putting him in jail for that I will not be punishing him, just giving the player a verbal warning. Next time it will be different.
