I have talked to Randy in game and have confirmed the events that took place. Brock Lesnar, was locked in a cell and the guy who locked him in a cell hopped off police and went to security, from what I saw. There is signs of corruption and job abuse.

After Talking with @grubb2003 as he was the staff memeber in game who handle the ticket @rah will be Blacklisted from PD for 1 Week for corruption and job abuse.
