crafting bug refund request

Date and time of loss: Around 7:30-8:00 PM EST, July 25th, 2017.
What happened: Crafting bug described here causes the loss of several ores.

What do you need refunded: 25 Coal, 100 Copper (And more and more as I keep crafting)

Each time I re-fill the queue I can craft 1 less bar and it bugs out.

This problem isn't going away and I'm just losing more and more ore, I've spent several hours in the past 2 days I've joined here mining ores and its quite annoying for my goal of crafting to suddenly destroy all that work and motivation. I guess I'll just keep making refund requests.

Queue error persists even after I rejoin the server in the crafting menu, I don't have my work-bench out.

So, this is a pretty big bug. I'll refund you for what you lost this time, however we will not be issuing any more refunds for this bug. You can avoid this by only queuing one item at a time.
