Crusher is borken upon crashing

Date and time of loss: 7/17/2018 4:12 P.M EST.
What happened: My pc crashed while crushing stuff, upon returning I found my crusher in a crushing loop, it would not crush anything as if a chunk was already in there. Since it was technically "crushing" I was not able to pick it up. @Superheavy told me to make a refund request for it.

What do you need refunded: one crusher
Evidence: @Superheavy is an eyewitness

Can confirm this, the thing was bugged and couldn't be used or picked up.
