What happened:
Placed my crusher and logged out without picking it up, it is now gone from my inventory. I was told by an admin it might be in the refund npc but it was not.

Your refund request has been denied.

Reason: Your request does not meet the guidelines met within the refund request guidelines. We can not refund for client side issues such as you logging out without picking up your items, as that would lie to being your responsibility in this occasion. Additionally you need to provide us evidence of some sort proving ownership off the item.
