Unban Reason:So my game was lagging so I decided to rejoin I had no warrents was in no rp situations and just wanted to fix my lag. Next thing you know when I rejoined the server I got banned out of nowhere for ltarp but there was no rp that I avoided I just rejoined cause it helps with my lag some times.

Hi - We had a report of someone disconnecting to avoid arrest by disconnecting mid shootout. I found logs that you both damaged the police officer who made the report most recently, and also disconnected by choice. However given the tone of your ban appeal I am inclined to believe you that you were not in fact the individual who had done this.

I apologise for any inconvenience however in future where possible try to wait five or so minutes after shooting etc to ensure no sits are taken without your presence.
