This guy broke nlr already and came back to harrass me. He told in org where I was located and I pointed my gun at him and he kept moving back you can cleary see in this video he has broken fear rp. You can hear me say again "dont move" at 0:41 I said hey man before that my mic cut out still he moved back from me. I already spoken to an admin about it and If you need me to explain everything again in discord or teamspeak. Also you can't really hear me because his recorded voice is higher than the in game sound.

He kept running back even though I had gun in his face when the rules clearly state
"You may not draw any weapon or run away when someone has you at gunpoint or in striking distance of a melee weapon, unless the roleplay of both parties allows otherwise."

This takes place after the video where he came back
He came back to harrass me and threatned me I pulled a gun out on him and said not to type in org chat and he did anyways so I shot him. He also doesn't want to show the video where he broke fearrp

@officernoodles inside the video, Damian clearly shoots me without any verbal initiation as I was getting off his property voluntarily without him saying anything relevant to me getting off. @Cr00ve said I should take it to the forums so I did.

- Damian's Mic could of been cut off
- Clearly ToxiChilleR entered his property.
- Not clear from logs cause i couldn't see so far back on the logs but Damian did claim NLR on you. which he should of called an admin for quicker.
- FearRP should always be respected aswell.


Also.
- I personally question the fact that you START a video just before you run up to him. Clearly you were up to something.
- Together with the fact that you were very persistent to get Damian banned or punished

Do note that report doesn't always mean punishment..
From my point of view...

If both sides can come to an agreement incase of a misunderstanding or miscommunication or simular events than i'd rather feel fine with going by a verbal warning. (if the damage done is not too major).

I want people to enjoy playing on the server without just aiming to get someone else banned or punished, just because of something that happened.


@officernoodles as he wanted a second opinion, guess he could see it from POV from another staff member, since apparently i'm not liked.

This is denied, if you think the staff member who handled this did it poorly, make a staff report. I don't see why he needs to be punished if he learned the rules and can act better knowing what he knows now after this.
