Ban Length: 3 days
Banning Staff Member (@AdminName to mention the staff member): @Green Gatorade Water Bottle

Ban Reason: "Refusing to Comply with Staff"
Unban Reason: I found a weapon with some kevlar off a guy's body by the bank. An admin later comes to me whilst I'm depositing it and tells me I have to give it back because of a glitch. I asked the admin several times why I should give it back and what rule states I have to, because for all I know he could just be friends with the person. And it seemed so in this situation, because he just ignored me the entire time when I was asking for another staff member and warned me saying I would get a week ban and I'd have to give it back even after serving the ban or I'd get a longer one. This staff member's professionality and failure to actually handle a situation kind of surprised me because I am a brand new player. I've been playing for two days pretty much actively, I joined a while ago but just got my farming to like 9 and quit, but even after now that I've been playing I question a lot of things. So I questioned why I should give back the weapon and the admin could not give a logical answer, only saying "Because I said that he died from a glitch."
He wouldn't even call another staff member, his last words being "last warning or you're getting a ban" without even looking at any of my previous bans or actually talking to me in a civil way only forcefully trying to obtain the items again.
From the aspect of a new player, honestly this just makes me want to leave the server because of how the first impression of the staff team is. I really enjoy the server, but having this type of stuff occur just completely blows my mind especially when my friends even invited me to join here. Makes no sense on why this happened and I hope the staff member actually comes up with a good explanation to giving a person with 0 bans a 3 day ban with no approval of other staff for a situation he wasn't even sure of, like I said prior noting he would "Ban me for a week and have to give the stuff up after anyways."
Not fun.

Hello Dandelion, the reason why you were to give back the MP-40 and the Kevlar+Helmet was because the guy died in a non legit RP way (he glitched/clipped on a parked car by the bank and was killed due to that). Seeing as this was due to a bug/glitch I decided to void the situation and get his stuff back for him. Even after telling you multiple times why you should give his stuff back and explaining the situation to you, you still insisted on not returning the items, even saying that you were just going to delete the items. So, after telling you multiple times why the situation was voided, you still didn't comply with dropping the items, so I just banned you.

If you promise that you will drop the MP-40 and Kevlar+Helmet to a staff member so they can destroy it and understand why you were to drop the items, than I will unban you.

I understand now but pushing for a 3 day ban and not getting the opinion of another staff member was pretty unprofessional especially because in my eyes I thought you were an associate of his just trying to get his stuff back because you were a friend.

It isn't required and encouraged for a staff member to stop the admin sit If a player during an admin sit requests for another staff member to take over the sit, or requests for a second opinion from another staff member, especially for a situation like this. Imagine if you had weapons or something in your inventory and you got randomly glitched or clipped on a vehicle and lost all of that to a non legitimate RP reason, you would most likely want all of that stuff back. I wasn't getting his stuff back because I was an associate or a friend, I was just doing it because he died to a random glitch/bug and you decided to ignore that reasoning and claim that it was unprofessional and that you weren't going to return the items and would rather delete them.
