I also Forgot to Screenshot my player level and mining level. You probably won't believe me but I was at least mining level 38 and player level 52. I say at least because that was what they were the last time I checked. Also, I know I was able to mine iron so I was over that mining level. If that is not believed then you could ask another player "Lucky Luciano" because during many occasions I have traded iron with him for money.
