Request Reason: I was killed in less than 5 seconds, I was never told to put my hands up, and I never pulled out a weapon. I even told the individual I would raise my hands yet I was still killed. (I was told to create a report on forums by @Thegamingshain because the player was not in game)

[2.2.4] You are required to give the opposing party a reasonable time-period to respond and act upon your commands in situations where the rules allow various outcomes based on how the opposing party reacts. You need to make sure the opposing party heard you. Keep the voice-chat delay in mind.

To be honest, it does look like he was attempting to try and tell you to put your hands up, but was having some sort of issue preventing him from actually getting the sentence out (either lag, microphone quality, or some other reason). Regardless, you still definitely didn't have enough time to react. Its even debatable if you would have had sufficient time to react even if it did come out properly. As such, the reported player will receive 1 Warning Point for improper mugging.

Furthermore, the situation will be voided. You are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
