Evidence to support your claim:

David proceeded to break FailRp by pulling out a gun while actively being robbed/held at gunpoint. Even after threatening him that i am not afraid to kill him while holding a gun to his head he has the audacity to pull out a gun and shoot me while i was recovering my aim on him. I was actively aiming my weapon towards him at the moment he started shooting.

He was actively robbing me until i dropped the money since he said he would let me live if i dropped it. So i did. he then walks IN FRONT of me and looks on the ground. At the same time he looked down and picked my money up; while he did so i pulled a gun on him and shot him. Since he was in front of me and not looking at me, i had the chance of shooting him.

Turning towards the ground for 2 seconds doesn't negate the fact that you were still held at gunpoint

Key word "held". You turned around and was not poinging your gun at me anymore... so that means I am not at gunpoint

Denied - You did not point ur weapon at him all the time and he had a way without you noticing to draw a weapon and succesfully shoot & Kill you
