Unban Reason: Well. I stole a workbench, no one had proof of me stealing the workbench. Then a cop came and the guy said: he stole my workbench. I said i didnt cuz they didnt have proof of me stealing, they had me under gun point and said DROP IT. but they didnt have proof of me stealing the workbench so i didnt. then the admin came, and said drop it and edventualy i dropped it and then i needed to walk the dogs and i come back and i whas banned for fear rp for 1 day. but the police doesnt have proof of me stealing the workbench. so they cant take it from me.

Time of Occurrence: Today on 4.30 PM GMT +1 (30th of september)

Hello Jason,

First of all, let me be clear: the reason you got banned is because you refused to comply with a LEO while under gunpoint by multiple of them, and you already have a previous record for that.

What you should have done, as I told you in-game, is request a lawyer and a supervisor to review the case. If they ignored you after that, you could have made a report for a staff member to review the situation again.

Instead, you stalled the situation and refused to drop it, even after I instructed you to do so, multiple times. You even refused to do so once more after I moved you to a roof.

The reason for the ban is because you did the same thing before.

After how you behaved, even refusing to drop the items after I told you to do so, I think you should take the time to review the rules one more time.
