This video includes me breaking the NLR (I admit to) as well as the sit and all. I came back cause I didn't know the other peoples names for the admin sit, also the admin would need somewhere to meet me as my name makes telleporting a pain. I admit I broke NLR, but I feel because I had no bad intent, and the staff member dealt with the sit very unfairly (You see he bans me as I'm getting video evidence uploaded of what the accused did, and doesn't punish him at all.)

I'd also like to mention, I messaged an unnamed friend asking for samuels and whites steam ID's. I assumed I'd need his steam ID for the report before I saw I only had to tag him.

He said white was off, already. I assume that means he banned me and let the other guy go out of impatience. Which I found negligent and irresponsible.

You have not broken any rules in the fist section of the video. However, right after you died and before I pulled you into an admin sit, you returned directly do where you died and talked to the same people. That was breaking NLR Samuel Lombardi did too, so I will ban him appropriately for that as well. My apologies for not banning him in the first place.
I am leaving your ban as is, mainly because I and a few other admins have had problems with you before. Your breakage of NLR was not major, so I left your punishment at 6 hours. I feel that is just, so your appeal has been DECLINED.

As for why I did not ask to see proof, it is because during the sit you told me that the RP happened directly where I found you.

The proof has nothing to do with the NLR. The proof was of what HE did. I admitted I broke NLR, so you're clearly not at all understanding the problem with this.

By the way I'd like to mention, it's clear I came back to help the staff member and not to roleplay. You could see as I walk up they're picking up my gun and I don't interfere at all. Then they try and hold me at gunpoint to give me theirs. It is clear who the bad guys are in this scenario. Personally, I just think you have bad judgement.

I've had one other ban, which was appealed. One, yet you treat me as if I have a history of senseless trolling. Not to mention just earlier, that kid claimed I RDM'd him. I didn't. I held him at gunpoint, then he ran away from me for like a minute and I had to kill him. Then he lied to you, saying that I came up behind him and killed him. When you basically said I had to prove I am innocent. And when I mentioned the person (I barely know them, did one bank robbery with them) that witnessed the whole thing you said you don't care about witnesses.

Frankly, I just think you are a biased staff member. Why else would you be so quick to ban me for such a small thing yet ignore the many things another player did?

Not to mention how ignorantly you respond. You have not commented once about the way you ignored all the things the other player did and banned me when I was uploading footage to present. I think you're disrespectful, negligent and should not even be a mod.

I told you I was going to look into the other player? I saw you posted a report about him on the player report section of the fourms, and I'm not supposed to respond to those unless I was directly involved. I do want him banned, though.
