From the video evidence provided (and from logs) it does look like the individual depicted indeed disconnected in order to avoid arrest. Because I see that he currently has another outstanding ban for LTAA issued by the console, I will be issuing a 1-day ban for LTAA, effective immediately. Thank you for the player report.
