With this report I did tell the whole story I thought I only said one thing so sorry that I forgot the one other message. I still don't know why I was the only one muted out of the other 5 that said way more things than me. So I don't see why this was denied because I did tell the whole story I just forgot that I sent another message after that I thought I only sent one that's my bad. I was also being 100% honest. That second chat that you quoted was the one I was talking about in the Unmute request I didn't know about that first one you quoted.
I don't think it should have been denied because I forgot about the other message.
