Title: Don't ban on DC while incapacitated or lower the ban time
Links, videos, context (we love more information, media, etc.): So as it is rn when someone leaves the server while dying/incapacitated the receive a 24 hr ban, which i think is pretty excessive, while incapacitated you aren't in an RP situation, and leaving while dead does not ruin the experience for someone who kills you. I think the ban time should be lowered to a lesser amount of time as 24 hrs for not waiting for a 5 minute timer is sort of over the top, or the ban should just not take place at all
