SUGGESTION Don't count tow truck drivers as mechanics in the npc

Description of Bug / Suggestion: If there's a tow truck driver just chilling somewhere random, you have to track them down or hope they respond to tweets/adverts just to repair your car. Either having repair kits back or only vehicle mechanics counting towards the "there is a vehicle mechanic on duty" would be good, cause trying to track down a tow truck driver sitting somewhere on L2 like I'm a PI while my car's at 10% isn't too fun.

I agree with this. Someone with a vehicle is going to be tempted to go driving. If they're not at the shop, they're useless. I say give them the option to repair vehicles, but don't disallow players to also repair themselves if the tow truck driver isn't there.

I do think it's annoying that you can't repair your vehicle but its in there to make sure they have something to do, it would take out player interaction not having it. Repairing yourself should be way more expensive or something
