What happened: Noticed that my balaclava wasn't equipped. Went to the clothier and isn't there and says I've not purchased it.

There is a glitch where sometimes your cosmetics do not load in correctly. All you have to do is relog, have you attempted to do that?

hey, had a similar issue earlier and rejoining the server fixed it

This is a bug as @Arroyo said, it could take up to 5 retires to fix it. It took me 4 one time, now it barely happens.

Simply relogging into the server will fix this bug. It might take a few tries but you still have it.
