Ban Reason: "Cool Down": Essentially I was randomly arrested because I 'matched a description' of someone with a black hoodie, which I do not have even have a hoodie but instead I have trench coat and baze suit. Then I was randonly frisked without my consent and then jailed for the possession of marijuina and class 3 firearm. I was wrongly arrested and proceeded to call an administrator to help. The administrator actually responded to the Lieutenant first, and then myself afterwords. Finally, I was constantly being interupted when I was trying to get the administrators attention to let him about the USC and book of codes which the server claims to abide by. There was no reason for my arrest, and they confiscated my weapon whilst in the administrative sit. I finally began to try and speak louder so that both the administrator and the police could hear me and my reasoning but I felt as if I was ignored the entire time. The administrator then told me to "cool down" where I then noticed my steamID was banned for 12 hours, and then I as kicked because i was banned.
Unban Reason:
I understand I was very mad and upset, but by the same tocken anyone else would have been mad and or upset if they were randomly frisked when they were tracking down their car on foot for the passed 30 minutes and lost over 18 bags of weed and an AK47. I am truely apologetic to the administrator, HockeyExpert30 as I understand I was very heated at the moment, but I felt as if my claims were not taken seriously at all and my 'rights' that I thought I had were being infringed upon. All of this USC and book of codes stuff I speak about can be backed up with evidence from the Constitution and the USC itself. Nonetheless, I am sorry for pretty much screaming in my mic but I was never really given a warning regarding the 'loud mic' and instead just banned without being able to make my case.
