Request Reason: Sexual harassment, shooting guns at the public areas with no valid reasons. Drunk on duty (literally). Not even helping to put the draw bridge up, I was passing hospital he was shooting None-code-red blue car. (False code red) and officers started to complain about it. And Assistant Chief demoted a couple of officers without any valid reason.

[1.1] Your expected behaviour is not limited to the rules below. Use common sense: When in doubt if something you are doing might be against the rules, it could very well be. If you have any doubt, contact a staff member.
[1.2] This community has respect as a core value; therefore we ask that you treat everybody with respect and give them a chance to experience the community. Treat those the way you would want to be treated.
[1.8] You may not talk about anything sexual in any realm of the game. Roleplay involving any type of sexual intercourse is strictly forbidden. Rape role-play will be punished severely.
[1.13] You may not grief, troll, harass or do other things with the intention of annoying other players.
[2.1.1] You must act realistically at all times. You may not run around not roleplaying at all. This includes, but is not limited to, running around on the main roads, jumping on and hitting vehicles. Do note that you will be playing a character.
[5.1.4] You may not abuse your job by misusing your powers or farm XP.
[5.1.7] Corruption is allowed with permission from a Senior Administrator or above. The permissions are automatically void when the authorizing staff member leaves the server.
[5.2.1.2] Law Enforcement can not use lethal force when in pursuit of a fleeing suspect unless your own or civilian lives are in imminent danger or all other attempts to stop the suspect had failed. You must be able to justify your actions if asked by a member of staff.

I sincerely hope I don't need to explain why this behavior is unacceptable of any player, much less the assistant chief of police. The reported player will receive a 5 Day Ban for Harassment, NITRP, and Unauthorized Corruption. Additionally, this report is being sent up to police command for strict review for potential police blacklist upon return to the server.
