I bought a professional engine upgrade for my E92 M3 which is now no longer useable because of the handling, it spins out. The base car also just handles like complete garbage like a second and half delay between steering very risky to drive in town.

I can confirm this as I did try the vehicle out myself once I answered the report, this is a similar problem another player had with a different vehicle.
