When I had arrived on the scene of the bank raid, I had parked in the parking lot as seen in the footage and stood back on standby as to not break FTVL. Of course, I wouldn't run in and begin healing all the downed officers, as I valued my file more than that. As I got out of my car, I heard Roberto Wallace contacting and directing other officers with his handheld radio, signifying his role as an undercover detective. Because of this, I refused to heal him for the time being as he was an active member of the crime scene and I wanted to make sure the rules regarding healing on an active crime scene were not broken, as I had been warned about them in the past. At the end of the clip, I am seen getting into my car and driving off. I had heard that the criminals were planning to exit through the garage, so in anticipation of multiple downed officers/criminals, I had moved towards that location to wait on standby. Instead, I was met with no other officers near the area and my car was stolen at gunpoint by the criminals. I couldn't return to heal everyone as I didn't have my car, and by the time I made the walk back, everyone was gone, tracking down my stolen EMS Charger.

Regarding the "denied" response to police requests of EMS, I was misunderstood about the parameters surrounding the authorized corruption given to my fellow Paramedics. After a nonviolent argument with the police, my fellow paramedics decided to go on strike and deny the police's request for healing. I had known that my two fellow paramedics were members of the staff team, so I had decided that what they were doing was right and just. I had been a little confused and iffy about the strike until one of them mentioned, "It's not against the law to deny service." At this point, I had assumed that we could proceed with the strike that they had planned by denying service to the police until an agreement could be made. What I hadn't realized was that we weren't authorized corruption as a whole, only those two were authorized for corruption despite me working with them. I hadn't realized this until Ghost had mentioned it to me. I had just followed suit with my other paramedics. If I had known that only they were authorized for corruption, I wouldn't have denied anyone service. I had just followed my paramedics statement of our right to deny service and agreed to join their strike.
