Engine Upgrade Does Nothing

Date and time of loss: ~3:20 PM EST
What happened: Purchas Skyline R32 "Race" upgrade, and tested time before and after and this is no difference with this upgrade. The bug with engine upgrades slowing down or having no effect still exists. I am requesting a refund. Test this our yourself Devs or Admins if you don't believe. I spent $60,000

What do you need refunded: $60,000

Just select the default engine and it will give you a refund. This was implemented because sometimes engine upgrades slow the car down.
