I was stealing a car and I ran over a kid I assumed was the owner as he was running toward me, as I was driving away I lost power and naturally my PC shut off and I was not able to attend the sit. I cannot really prove this so I understand if this gets denied, but seeing as I got put into a sit for something more severe earlier and didn't LTAP for that, and due to my relatively clean record I hope you will consider.
