What happened: Was crafting iron bars and my entire factory despawned before my eyes.
What do you need refunded: Factory Furnace, Conveyor Belt, Factory Storage, 128 of coal and iron ore.

Can confirm the factories were never picked up. I don't know about the coal and iron ore, however.
